Very typical Royal Mint surfaces,fully brilliant & satiny with no detracting marks. A terrific obverse strike. The reverse is a somewhat softer strike with the crown area being weak. One of the rarest in the Victoria series. Less than a half dozen of these coins have been graded mint state by either service.
